There is no better way to learn than one-on-one! We will sit by your side and walk you through
all the major aspects of this software.
Before taking any estimating software course, we highly reccomend the following:
1. Know how to measure,
draw and diagram a roof.
2. Know all of the major building material types and items on a roof.
3. Understand the
basic construction of a residential home.
This course is held in the Dallas TX area.
Willing to travel for
larger class sizes.

providers of Xactimate training usually offer 3-5 day courses. I have designed a unique training method that allows
you, as a new user of xactimate to learn the neceesary items of xactimate in about 10 hours. Our goal is to have you writing quality line items estimates like the experienced adjusters do. We will not
waste your time spending an entire day on drawing floor plans, because as an adjuster we rarely need to do it! Some
of my students are now working claims as successful insurance adjusters for
large insurance carriers like State Farm.
The cost for this 1 day 12 hour course is $250.00 per person.
